Drawing of an Audi A7 by DominikScherrer
Drawing of an Audi A7
This drawing was done on A3 Bristol smooth paper and is now hanging in our living room; looks pretty cool :D (Big Grin) . Tools used are markers, pastels, colored pencils, water color and white gel pen.
It was kind of something new because I tried to copy a photo as realistic as I could. Alltogether it was about 20 hours of work to finish that piece. I pretty like the result although, after looking at it for several hours, I now recognize some things that could have been done a bit better.
Please don't hesitate to comment if you like or don't like it, I always appreciate it.

Hey all! I've just created a page for my work on facebook. I will not only post my finished drawings but also some WIPs. I would be more than happy if you also look by there now and then.

VW Kaefer by DominikScherrer
VW Kaefer
This drawing was a commission for a very good friend who gave it to his dad for christmas. The cartoonish guy who's changing tires is his dad when he was young.
As usual done with markers, pastels and white gel pen on A4 bristol paper. It took about 16 hours to finish.

This was done with watercolors. It will be the title page of my drawing folder for all my drawings of 2015.
Happy new year 2015. I wish you all the best!

'71 Jaguar XJ6 Series One by DominikScherrer
'71 Jaguar XJ6 Series One
This was a commissioned drawing. Done with markers, colored pencils, pastels and white gel pen on A4 bristol paper. I pretty like the result just the shadow in front of the car in my opinion is a bit too solid and dark. But it was kind of soemthing new to set the main lightsource behind the car. It was about 16 hours of work I think.

Thanks for the :+devwatch: :)
You have a great gallery...I particularly like the rat rod piece.
I've been meaning to draw one for ages so I need to find a good reference photo and get on it.
